Abundant Rain Deliverance Center is a front-line deliverance ministry where God is really moving in many special anointings and prophetic mantles in the Holy Ghost! There is a notable heavy presence of God's spirit in and on the Church grounds.

The Church's pastor is Apostle Betty Joe White-Oliver, a proven leader, seasoned spiritual warrior, and powerfully anointed woman of God who has been pastoring for over 45+years. Apostle and Prophetess Betty Joe White-Oliver is a very real and powerful end-time anointed vessel who is walking in the JESUS Ministry with “Signs and Wonders”, she has a multitude of talents, skills, and gifts. She is blessed with the testimony of having a personal visitation by JESUS CHRIST who chose,and commissioned her "Face to Face" as an Apostle. St.Luke 6:13, Mark 3:13-15.

Apostle Betty J.White-Oliver is the founder and president of Abundant Rain Deliverance Center, Gates of Heaven Outreach Ministries, Women with a Mandate Ministries of Gainesville, Florida where Abundant Rain Deliverance Center is the Flagship Ministry. On Sunday April 30,2017 Apostle Betty J.White-Oliver  was recently honored in a special service this week and received her honorary  "Doctor of Divinity Degree" (D.D.)
MINISTERIAL HISTORY: Apostle Oliver has been pastoring for over 45+ years. God called her to ministry at a very early age. Even at the young age of approx.10 months old she was seeing visions, her spiritual gifts were sharp and strong in God. She was remembering extreme details of things that she had experienced even as a baby, she was frequently seeing visions, angels, spirits/dead people, and God would show her personal and private information (biblically called word of wisdom and word of knowledge) in detail about people and their lives, and she became well known in and around her town quickly. Because of her various and unique spiritual gifts people come physically to seek out her for prayer, guidance and instruction. She started pastoring in 1970’s at the approximate age of 13 with over 60 members in her church in Lake Butler Florida where she had services 2 times a day! This was a powerful and unusual beginning for what would symbolize God empowering an unusually powerful leader in ministry. 

MIRACLES , SIGNS , WONDERS AND SPIRITUAL MANIFESTATIONS

In the ministry of Abundant Rain Deliverance Center there are Miracles, Signs, Wonders and Spiritual Manifestations according to the scriptures with a open manifestation of these truths in the form of very powerful spiritual demonstrations of God's hand and presence. God has blessed this end-time Apostle with various apostolic mantles, rhema word, word of wisdom/knowledge, prophetic utterances, casting out devils/demons, are normal experiences and phenomena within the ministry of Abundant Rain Deliverance Center.

"THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM!

Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family. The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion's guest room. Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.

As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied,

"Things aren't always what they seem!"

The next night the pair of angels came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife. After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night's rest. When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field. The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel how could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him, she accused. The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.

"Things aren't always what they seem," the older angel replied.

"When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it."

"Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him the cow instead. "Things aren't always what they seem."
